Thimphu School Girl’s Cricket Tournaments Kicks Off Tomorrow
Friday, April 4th, 2008The Thimphu School Girl’s Tournament Kicks off Tomorrow in the Capital City, Thimphu where three School, Yangchenphu Higher Secondary, Lungtenzampa Middle Secondary School and Dechencholing Middle Secondary School will compete in the first ever Girl’s Tournament to be organized by Bhutan Cricket.
The Preparation for the School Team has been carried out by Local Coaches under the Guidance from Damber Singh Gurung, Coaching Co-ordinator where he undertook refresher course with the Local Coaches on coaching skills. The preparation begun last year around October Month where Local Coaches and Senior Players gave coaching session on weekly basic and The Country Development Officer Roger Binny having a session with the Girls during his Last Visit to Bhutan.
