Under-16 Boys Started Training for the ACC U-16 Challenge Cup 2010
Tuesday, January 12th, 2010The Cold winter breeze over the capital city Thimphu couldn’t effect the coaches and the under-16 players getting ready for the up coming ACC Under-16 Tournament which is scheduled to be held in Malaysia from 11th - 18th July 2010. The selection camp started 1 month earlier where about 40 participants turnout and will last till the end of the May 2010 where coaches Mr Tshering Dorji, Mr Ugyen Dorji and Mr Tobgay Wangchuk will be selecting the best 14 players for the tournament. Five days a week, the camp runs and the best are selected while other are left out. By April 2010, the final 14 players will be announced and they will be given intensive coaching and training daily.
